Senior Student Counselor

Job Purpose:
This is a key role, working with the International Student Recruitment Manager in the delivery of strategic goals. With a particular & immediate focus on the counseling students and generating potential leads.

Job Description:
1. Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.
2. Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.
3. Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.
4. Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries.
5. Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
6. Share in detail about the course for abroad Education i.e. for Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Masters (all stream)
7. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
8. Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students
9. Help students with every detail from registration to fly to the host country.
10. Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and applications sent to abroad
11. Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance
12. Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company.
13. Analyse the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Study Abroad industry experience is required.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
• Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
• Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Should have ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other from diverse social backgrounds.
• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
• Should have ability to understand international business market

Student Counselor

Digital Media Specialist
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to oversee company’s digital media efforts, including websites and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Responsibilities include creating and curating shareable content; determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content; building and managing social media profiles and presence; directing paid search and social campaigns and analyzing the performance of those campaigns; maintaining brand consistency across platforms; assessing SEO configurations; monitoring analytics; managing the digital budget; and fostering vendor relationships.

Job Description:
1. Maintain a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, the latest techniques and solutions, and ensure media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance
2. Design and execute digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
3. Monitor campaign performance and delivery of KPIs.
4. Cultivate an understanding of how all-digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan, including paid search and social.
5. Provide mentoring and guidance to Digital Media Associates and work alongside an internal cross-functional team of campaign ads.
6. Adopt new processes or workflow modifications as introduced to ensure consistent and repeatable processes are used across regions.
7. Ensure high levels of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention are delivered, while working hand-in-hand with their Manager and Client Development teams.
8. Present media recommendations and participate in client facing activities as needed.
9. Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts and manage end-to-end digital projects.
10. Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
11. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
12. Liaise with Marketing, Sales teams to ensure brand consistency
13. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
14. Analyze the performance of each campaign and make optimization suggestions

Required Skills:
• BSc degree in Marketing or Digital Media
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.

HR & Trainings Executive
Job Purpose:
This is a basic role, working with Head of HR in the delivery of strategic goals. With a particular & immediate focus on developing training manuals, conducting TNA’s, training session & training evaluations.

Job Description:
1. Conducting job evaluation surveys
2. Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
3. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
4. Compiling and presenting information
5. Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
6. Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
7. Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
8. Designing and assessing training programmes.
9. Create a training material repository around the different systems being used in the organization. Keep the material up to date with any changes made to the system
10. Maintain and manage training records of all trainings in the department
11. Assist and advise on the data quality collected from training programs

Processing Executive
Job Purpose:
This is a basic role, working with the International Student Recruitment Manager in the delivery of strategic goals. With a particular & immediate focus on the counseling students and generating potential leads.

Job Description:
1. Process student applications to institutions with accuracy in a timely manner
2. Assist student enrolment by arranging tuition payment.
3. Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up service for students
4. Conduct invoicing with finance & accounts Team of IA & Institutions
5. Understand the structure and courses of respective destinations, give services to students
6. Be familiar with the student visa regulations time to time and respective destinations guidelines
7. Participate in education fairs, University spots, presentations, promotional activities, share knowledge, information, experience with the department
8. Be willing to take seasonal projects assigned by supervisor

Required Skills:
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience preferred, willing to work in the Education industry

1. Managing marketing strategy & implementation, marketing communications, advertising, social media and brand support.
2. Identifying target markets and developing appropriate communication strategies.
